If you want to find out information that is specific to one team such as bulletins, schedules, rosters and results, follow the instructions below:

• Click on the "Team" tab at the top of the page.
  
• Choose your specific "Season"  & "Team" from the pull-down menus at the top of the page (make sure you go from left to right in your selections). 
  
• On the left-hand side of the page, select your team specific "Bulletins", "Calendar", "Schedule", "Roster", or "Results". 
  
• If you have more than one player in the league and want to see a combined schedule or calendar, select "Multi-Schedule" from the menu on the left.  From here you can select the schedule type (including downloadable schedules for MS Outlook or iCal) and all the teams desired.
  
• If you need additional help, click on  and a pop-up window will give you more detailed information.
  
• The next time you come to this area, your computer will automatically display the last team you visited (if "cookies" are enabled on your computer).
