On-Line Registration Now Available! 

 

Things to Remember for Registration:

• All documentation(CVL Form) completed in full by July 1, 2010 - Form available in March under 'Documents' Section
• Final Report Card for the 2009/10 School Year (if your grade point average falls below 70% you will need a letter from your school allowing you to participate)
• Doctor's stamp and date on CVL Form after January 1, 2010 (no camp physical form)
• Birth Certificate - new players only
